Inviting patients

In order to remote monitor your patients on the Endobits platform, you will need their email address.

 

Follow the steps below to invite them individually or use the bulk add feature. 

Finding the invite screen.

  1. Login to your Endobits account.

  2. Find the Settings icon located in the top right corner of your screen.

  3. Click to navigate to the Settings screen.

  4. Locate the Invite section in the left side-menu.

Sending invites using an excel sheet (Bulk Invite)

  1. Navigate to the invite section (as described above).

  2. Click "add multiple at once", located below the email input.

  3. Here you can upload either a .csv or a .xlsx file.

  4. The files should have no headers, with a single email per row.

  5. Once you upload your file, you will get a list of emails found in the file.

  6. If you wish to remove any email addresses, simply click "Remove" beside that email address.

  7. Finally, click Send Invites in the bottom right of the card.

Your patients will now receive an email asking them to give you permission to view their healthcare data, with instructions on how to get set up and how to accept.

Sending a single invite

  1. Navigate to the invite section (as described above)

  2. Enter your patient's email.

  3. If you want to send another, click Add another.

  4. Finally, click Send Invites in the bottom right of the card.

Your patients will now receive an email asking them to give you permission to view their healthcare data, with instructions on how to get set up and how to accept.
